Once a purchase is made, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the product/service, change of mind, or inability to use the product/service. These Products are custom made so please make sure you have thoroughly reviewed your request before submitting the form or consulting with us first for accuracy before the final decision. You are fully responsible for any text or content that is provided to us, as well as Final proofing. We will not be responsible for misspelled or mis-designed submissions. We reserve the right to reject and refuse orders that do not meet the L.I.C LLC requirements. We will not tolerate any offensive, profane, libelous, infringing or objectionable words or content will not be accepted and we here at L.I.C will refuse to accept such content.
In rare circumstances, such as in the case of a demonstrable defect or error on our part, we may offer a replacement or alternative resolution at our discretion. Any such exceptions will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
