• What stone do we frequently use?

  -We use Granite as we explained in our Quality guaranteed page, Granite has durability, resistance and it is easy to maintain.

• Personal memorabilia time frame?

  -Now depending on the availability of granite and what the request of the tombstone it will take 4- 6 weeks or more.

• Is there an extra charge for certain areas?

  -For states like Alaska and Hawaii there will be an extra charge for delivery.

• What size and Dimensions do you want?

  -If you have already the dimensions you want, please specify and email us or fill out these specifications in our “get a quote” form.

• Plot size dimensions?

  -When the plot is already in place and is approved by the cemetery administrations let us know so we can make the tombstone accordingly to the dimensions.

• Asking permission for placement of tombstone?

  -Before you order any tombstone please comply where the burial will take place for permission for us to place your tombstone there.

• Change of location, phone number, email, or etc?

  -If there is any change in your contact information, please let us know immediately Via through email or phone number.

• Installation services?

  -Will vary on the location of the cemetery regulations.

• Is there a payment plan?

  -Unfortunately, we do not do payment plans because in order for us to finish the tombstone full payment is needed, but if any case you may call us for more questions.

• Do we do Maintenance?

  -Anyone desiring to clean the headstone or any replacement or ETC, will need permission from the cemetery superintendent, in some polies it will be the family’s responsibility to clean the tombstone, but call us if there is need of replacement with any technological issues with your video tombstone.

• How do I place an order for a Tombstone?

• How can I pay for my Tombstone?

  -Our terms in order payment: we accept credit card, Debit and Cash, Via Zelle.

• Can I get my Tombstone sooner?

  -There will be extra cost for expedited production times as well as upgraded shipping. We will work with you to come up with a timeframe that will work with you, make sure to let us know early in the process what your time frame will be.

• Font Options?

  -We will work with you in the process of your personalized tombstone to down to every detail to comply with your specifications, pictures and information you want on the tombstone.
